Terms and Conditions of Bookings
Book My Course Limited will sell products and services to you through the bookmycourse.co.uk website subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the Bookmycourse.co.uk website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Training Course Providers
bookmycourse.co.uk is a “gateway” to purchase the products and services of carefully selected and monitored training course providers subscribing to the website.

Bookings - Contract of Sale
When you make a booking through bookmycourse.co.uk, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking and containing the details of your booking. Your booking represents an offer to us to purchase, which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you to confirm the course booking. It is essential that you provide us with a current e-mail address, which can be used to communicate with you on any matters relating to your booking. It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your email address or other contact details.

There are two types of bookings as explained below:

Bookings – Subject to Confirmation
Bookings that are Subject to Confirmation by Training Providers are not continuously updated with availability by Providers as spaces are booked. Therefore, there is a chance that your booking may not be successful, particularly if the course date is very near. Should your initial booking be unsuccessful we will, wherever possible, offer an alternative to best match your requirements, but you are not obliged to accept an alternative.

Confirmed Free Space Bookings
Confirmed Free Space Bookings relate to courses that are updated with Availability Status. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking when booking one of these courses on the bookmycourse.co.uk web site.

If you choose to pay by Cheque or BACS the ‘Payment Details’ section of the Confirmation of course booking should be used as your Proforma invoice. This is for immediate payment and will need to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the course start date. Making the payment to BookMyCourse by the deadline dates is your responsibility and although we will chase the payment we will not accept responsibility if you fail to make payment by 30 days prior to the course start date. If these conditions are not met BookMyCourse reserves the right to cancel the place on the course with the trainer and you will be liable for cancellation fees as set out in the table in the section below and any additional costs incurred by BookMyCourse for this cancellation.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Course Transfer Policy
Although rare, from time to time course training providers may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training course be cancelled for any reason you will be fully reimbursed to the full value of course costs, VAT and card fees paid, unless a course reschedule is acceptable and agreed between you and the Training Provider. This is the full extent of the liability, which Book My Course Limited has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or course rescheduled courses.

If you wish to cancel a course booking you must notify us in writing. Course cancellations are subject to administration fees in accordance with following table of charges.

Any course transfer is subject to a £50 administration fee in addition to any cancellation fee arising from the transfer, see table above.

Course and Event Information
Information relating to courses and events provided by Training Providers is carefully monitored for accuracy, errors or omissions. However, Book My Course Limited cannot be held responsible for any errors in this information, including but not limited to Providers claims of Approvals and Accreditations.

Courses are non-residential unless explicitly stated in the course overview or course description.

Refreshments and a light lunch are typically provided on full day courses, but cannot be guaranteed.

Course start times will be confirmed in joining instructions sent by the Training Provider.

Specific Course Requirements
Some courses may have very specific prerequisites or terms and conditions attached, for example, specific experience or qualifications might be necessary for some courses and health requirements might exist for certain practical courses. For courses being held at venues provided by you (In Company/Own venue courses) there may also be specific prerequisites, such as venue requirements and standards, maximum delegate numbers or requirements for you to supply plant, equipment or materials for the course. Where such prerequisites exist they will be outlined in the general information relating to the course. You will also be asked to confirm acceptance of these during the booking process.

VAT, Credit and Debit Card Fees
VAT, Credit and Debit Card fees are charged to the customer in addition to the basic course costs. These fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

Quality of Service Provision
In using the bookmycourse.co.uk web site you fully accept and understand that this is a portal to third party training providers. Whilst Book My Course Limited continuously monitors the quality of course being delivered by appointed Training Providers, we can not directly assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products and services of providers and any other third-parties. We will, however, do everything practicably possible to resolve any quality issues arising from the use of our website to book your courses.

Privacy
We value your privacy and any personal information disclosed to us through the bookmycourse.co.uk website, over the telephone or in any other way will only be collected, stored and processed as set on in our Privacy Policy.

Web Site Licensing, Access and Use
Use of the bookmycourse.co.uk website includes, viewing the website, making bookings, reviewing bookings and changing bookings or transferring to links provided on the website. This website is for personal and noncommercial use. Any other use of the site requires written consent before use. You may only establish links to this website with prior written consent from Book My Course Limited.

The copyright of the material contained on the bookmycourse.co.uk web site belongs to Book My Course Limited or its Training Providers, as appropriate.

By using the bookmycourse.co.uk website you agree not to access, monitor or copy information for your own commercial benefit or the benefit of another party or to use any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated data gathering and extraction tools, without prior written permission. You also agree not to make any attempts to attack the infrastructure of the web site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any dispute or matter which arises will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country.

Changes and Updates to these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the terms and conditions prevailing at the time of booking will apply. Continued use of the Bookmycourse.co.uk web site indicates your agreement to them and any subsequent amendments.
