Over the past 20 years our trainers have worked predominantly in Health and Social care. They have worked with services for clients with complex needs, including those affected by drug and alcohol misuse, mental ill health, domestic violence and people with a learning disability.

Our trainers became Mental Health First Aid Instructors in 2007 and since then have delivered training to hundreds of people.
Our main goal is to peel back the layers, myths and assumptions surrounding mental ill health and reveal a new understanding of what mental health is.
