NEBOSH - Working with Wellbeing

The NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing Award course was introduced in 2021 to ensure that managers have the skills to help them both effectively and proactively influence employee wellbeing.

The NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing Award course is short one day course aimed at health and safety professionals and HR specialists. The course is relevant to all businesses and organisations regardless of sector.

NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing Course Detail

The content of the NEBOSH - Working with Wellbeing Award includes:

• The meaning of the expression “wellbeing” and why it is important.
• The range of factors that can either positively or negatively impact wellbeing.
• The benefits of good worker wellbeing, including, reduced staff churn, reduced absence and increased productivity.
• The range of practical initiatives, which can improve wellbeing and now how to measure the effectiveness of them.

NEBOSH Course Delivery

The NEBOSH – Working with Wellbeing course can be delivered throughout the UK. Classroom course delivery is on open public courses or as dedicated courses on customers’ own sites or specifically arranged venues. The course is also available in virtual online classrooms.
