NEBOSH - Health & Safety Management for Construction (UK)

The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) course has replaced the previous NEBOSH Construction Certificate Course and is aimed at contracts managers, site managers, construction health and safety advisors, and other with health and safety responsiiblities within the construction industry, i.e., those individuals who are required to ensure that activities under their control are undertaken safely.

The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) is a Certificate level qualification and includes:

• The foundations of construction health and safety management
• Health and safety culture, assessing risk and making improvements
• Management of change and procedures
• Excavation Work - Hazards and Control
• Demolition Work - Hazards and Control
• Movement of People and Vehicles
• Working at Heights - Hazards and Control
• Equipment - Hazards and Controls
• Electrical Hazards and Controls
• Fire Hazards and Controls
• Chemical and Biological Health Hazards
• Physical and Psychological - Health Hazards

Course Delivery

NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK)  courses are available as either open public courses or a blended e-learning course. This course is also available as a NEBOSH Distance Learning option.

The course has an open book examination, which needs to be passed to receive the qualification.
