NEBOSH - HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence

This one-day course has been created by the HSE and NEBOSH in order to focus on how the health and safety culture in a workplace is directly influenced by those in senior management and leadership roles.

NEBOSH Course Detail

The course aims to make candidates aware of how effective management and a positive health and safety culture within a workplace can lead to a much safer environment for the workforce.

Candidates are not required to have completed any previous training prior to undertaking this course and will learn the following:

The moral, legal and financial reasoning for good health and safety management
Leadership styles and the HSE model of effective leadership
How the perception of health and safety can create bias and human errors
Working with the workforce to create a positive health and safety culture

Candidates will be required to complete a reflective statement and make a commitment to become a positive advocate for health and safety in their workplace.

Course Delivery

NEBOSH HSE certificate in health and safety leadership courses are available as open public courses or as dedicated courses on the customer's site. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a NEBOSH accredited certificate which is valid for life.

All NEBOSH courses are provided by NEBOSH accredited training providers.
