The NEBOSH Environmental Awareness at Work Award course is an entry level qualification providing an introduction to environmental issues associated with the workplace.

No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suited to supervisor and team leaders, facilities managers and those with an interest in working with environmental responsibilities.

• An explanation of the common terms associated with environmental management
• Sustainable development and associated benefits
• The roles of individuals within the structure of an Environmental Management Systems
• Pollution issues including those associated with air, water and land
• Planning for and dealing with emergency scenarios

NEBOSH Course Delivery

The NEBOSH - Environmental Awareness at Work Award course can be delivered throughout the UK. Classroom course delivery is on open public courses or as dedicated courses on customers’ own sites or specifically arranged venues. The course is also available in virtual online classrooms.
