The EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) Water training course is part of the larger Safety Health and Environmental Awareness (SHEA) suite. It has been developed for individuals involved in operational activities with the water industry, including supervisors, managers and operatives who need the EUSR card to access water sites for their occupation, including permanent and temporary sites.
Undertaking training to work in the water industry is key, not only for business compliance but also for individuals to further their career and contribute to sustainable and safe water management.
The SHEA Water course consists of 8 modules; 6 of which are classed as “core” and 2 are specific to the Water industry. Delegates need to complete all eight modules and pass the SHEA Water assessment to achieve the EUSR SHEA Water registration.
Those who successfully complete the requirements of the EUSR SHEA Water scheme training course and assessment will achieve an EUSR registration, which is valid for three years.

EUSR - SHEA Water courses are delivered in both online classroom and conventional classroom-based environments across the UK.
Delegates need to complete all eight modules and pass the SHEA Water assessment to achieve the EUSR SHEA Water registration. Those who successfully complete the requirements of the EUSR SHEA Water scheme training course and assessment will achieve an EUSR registration, which is valid for three years. There is a half day renewal option for those who need to renew their Registration after 3 years have elapsed.
Please note that to be eligible for the SHEA Water Renewal course, your SHEA must be in date on the day of training.
