Course Detail

Accident investigations are a process that has to be carried out if an accident occurs in the workplace. This process helps to identify the causes of an accident to try and prevent similar events happening in the future, as well as aspects such as reducing future costs of accidents, improving health and safety standards and overall continual improvement of other processes in the workplace. Accidents and incidents data is also used by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) which endeavours to decrease the number of accidents and incidents in the workplace.
