Course Outline:

- This course is designed for persons who carry out work with steps or ladders or for those who conduct ladder inspections

- Teaches delegates the fundamentals of inspections of steps and ladders, including pit falls

- Covers legislative requirements

- Course outlines best practice and recommendations on how to maintain and inspect steps and ladders

- Outlines alternative work at height arrangements

- Delegates will be expected to complete an assessment

Course Objectives:

- Teach delegates on safe use of steps and ladders

- Delegates must know the legislative requirements associated with work at height

- Able to identify issues and correctly inspect steps and ladders

- Select alternative working at height arrangement

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
