The CITB Temporary Work Coordinator Refresher course is a one-day training course that delivers the knowledge needed to manage all forms of temporary works.
Combining your experience and the knowledge that you gain from this course will help you perform your role better. Therefore, you will become a more competent technical works coordinator.

The code of best practice for temporary structures on building sites
BS5975 and how it is used with the role, and legislation and relevant codes of practice.
The importance of the “4Cs”
Communication, coordination, cooperation and competency.
The need for risk management
Risk assessments, and method statements.
Some self-study may be required outside of the course
Assessment:
To complete the course, you will need to get 78% or above in the final exam. The trainer will encourage you to be interactive and involved throughout the training.
Delivery:
This course is hosted in an online virtual classroom using Zoom.
To access the course, delegates must join the course using the link provided. However, they will need a computer or laptop with a screen, camera, microphone and access to the internet to attend this course online. The final exam is completed online.
