Objectives
Today, all staff need to know what good performance looks like and how well they are performing against targets and goals. This course will up-skill managers on how to engage with their staff to get the best from them through conducting an effective appraisal.

Who Should Attend
All those who have a responsibility for staff and their development. This can be Managers, Supervisors and or Team Leaders who have direct reports.
Course Content
The course will look at who needs an appraisal and why, the benefits of a structured appraisal, and the improvements in productivity and the motivation it can bring when managed effectively.
It will feature:
- How to set out an Appraisal
- How to conduct an Appraisal using role play
- How to set SMART objectives and goals
