The aim of the Site Safety Supervisor Renewal Course is to refresh the knowledge of those persons who have attended the 2 Day Site Safety Supervisor (SSSTS) course and who require re-certification.
All candidates will be trained and assessed by one of the training provider's expert, fully qualified instructors.
Training and assessments can take place either at the trainer's purpose built training facility in Blackridge, West Lothian or on your site.
The duration of the course is 1 day, on successful completion of the training and assessments candidates will be issued with a CITB Site Safety Supervisors certificate, which is valid for 5 years.
It is our recommendation that all personnel who currently hold a 2 Day Site Safety Supervisor (SSSTS) Certifcate complete this refresher training and assessment.

Please note that as of the 1st January 2016, CITB Site Management / Site Supervisor certificates will no longer have a six month grace period and candidates will need to attend a Refresher course before the expiry date of their original certificate.
