SMSTS Training (CITB) - Site Management Training

Summary

The CITB Construction Skills SMSTS Course is designed for Site Managers and Site Supervisors in training to become Site Managers and a need to understand their legal duties within the construction industry.

It is highly recommended for those who want to manage sites both competently and safely. The SMSTS qualification is also mandatory for those who want to work as Site Managers on sites for main contractors who are part of the United Kingdom Contractors group. The course covers all relevant legislation and other aspects which affect safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries.

This course is endorsed by the United Kingdom Contractors Group (UKCG) as the standard training for all supervisors working on UKCG sites. Grants for these training courses are available to CITB Levy Payers.
