Course Overview
Course Dates

Delegates will be proficient in selecting, inspecting and wearing fall arrest and work positioning systems, including the considerations of fall prevention. Delegates will be familiar with component parts of fall arrest and positioning systems, as well as being able to correct wear and fit PPE.

Course Contents:

- Health and safety at work
- Accident statistics
- Risk assessment and method statements
- Rescue provision and considerations
- Tool box talks
- Fall prevention, fall restraint, fall protection and fall arrest
- Harness types and EN standards

Assessment:

Written and practical assessment to ensure theoretical and practical understanding has been achieved.

Course Requirements:

Delegates will need to bring suitable clothing and PPE (please provide valid inspection records). PPE may be provided upon request.

Certification:

In-house certificate will be issued upon successful completion
