Introduction: This course sets out the requirements for implementing the safe working practices for Working at Height on Leaning Ladder & Flat Roof Accreditation to candidates where works is undertaken in dwellings, including multi occupancy units. It is intended that during this training all learners will gain an understanding of the hazards and potential risks of leaning ladders and flat roof access, whilst developing the required knowledge to implement safe working methods via the use of fall protection equipment, that will enable these systems to be used safely.
Pre-requisite: This course is available to anyone over the age of 16. There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification however learners must be physically capable of climbing the ladders.
Accreidation: Upon Successful completion of the course, you will be issued with a Smart Awards Certificate valid for 3 years.
