Course Overview:
A nationally recognised and fully regulated 16 hour outdoor first aid training and assessment course leading to the Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid. This qualification is viewed by the Outdoor Industry as the Platinum Standard in respects to ”Outdoor First Aid Training” and is regulated by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations in England, the Welsh Government Regulator Qualification in Wales and the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment in Northern Ireland. Furthermore this qualification meets the IOL Band 4 statement of good practice for outdoor first aid for their registered practitioners and registered centres.
Our trainers will provide realistic and authentic training giving students the highest level of training to Platinum Standards.

Outdoor enthusiast who venture out of doors and take part in outdoor activities, such as Mountain Biking, Mountain Climbing, Off Road Cycling, Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddle sports, Gorge Walking, Coasteering, In-shore Boating, Wilderness Camping, Duke of Edinburgh participants, and many more outdoor activities.
Assessment & certification:
To achieve this award learners are required to complete a number of practical examinations and sit two multi-choice exam papers. Learners must achieve a minimum of 70% pass mark from each multi-choice paper and 100% in the practical elements.

Two days
The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
