Course Contents:
For Operatives, the course revisits units such as:
- Location & avoidance of underground apparatus
- Signing, lighting & guarding
- Excavation in the highway
- Reinstatement in various materials
For Supervisors, the focus shifts to monitoring these activities, ensuring everything is up to code and safety standards.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, delegates receive a certification from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), valid for 5 years
