NRSWA - New Roads & Street Works Training - Operative Units 1-6 & 9 (LA, O1-O5, & O8)

Course Content

1 DAY : UNIT 001 
Cable Location & Detection can be provided 
as a stand alone course.

2 DAY : UNIT 002
Signing, Lighting and Guarding can be provided 
as a stand alone course. 

Streetworks Unit 002 is now a full qualification in 
its own right. With effect from the 6 April 2011 for 
those covered by the NRASWA it became mandatory 
to hold a Street Works Qualification Register (SWQR) 
card for Unit 002.

5 DAY : UNITS 001–006 & 009
A five day course covering units 001–006 & 009 
is intended for those staff with some experience 
in all the units being covered.

UNIT 007
Unit 007 Reinstatement in hot lay bituminous 
materials can normally be included in the Standard 
five day Operative course, providing you are able 
to supply your own hot lay bituminous materials.

009 Reinstatement of modular surfaces and concrete footways
