This course is suitable for anyone responsible for taking minutes at meetings and will give delegates the skills needed to take accurate and concise minutes.

Course Knowledge:

By the end of this 1 day course delegates will:

- Look at various types of minutes and writing styles
- Be aware of the importance of a good relationship with the chair and minute taker
- Have considered the common difficulties of minute taking and how to overcome them
- Practise taking minutes using best practice
