Mental Health First Aid Refresher
The course is designed for individuals who have previously completed the full Mental Health First Aid training.
This 4-hour refresher session aims to update participants' knowledge and skills, ensuring they remain confident in supporting colleagues experiencing mental health challenges.
The course covers recognising early signs of mental health issues, initiating supportive conversations, and guiding individuals toward appropriate professional help.
Participants also receive access to the MHFAider Support App®, providing continuous resources and learning opportunities to maintain their proficiency in mental health first aid.
