Course Overview:
• A deeper understanding of mental health and the issues that can impact on other people’s wellbeing including their own.
• Practical skills that can be used every day to spot the signs and symptoms of mental health issues and the confidence to be able to guide people towards appropriate support.
• Enhanced interpersonal skills.
• All attendees of the course will receive a copy of the MHFA manual and workbook
• On successful completion you will also receive a certificate to confirm that you are a trained Mental Health First Aider
