Who is this course for?

This two day course is for anyone wanting to find out more about Mental Health.

It will provide the strategies required to support someone experiencing a mental health problem before professional help is obtained.

- To preserve life where a person may be a danger to themselves or to others.
- To provide help to prevent the mental health problems developing into a more serious state.
- To provide support to a person experiencing a mental health problem.
- To promote the recovery of good mental health.

Certification:

Learners who complete the course successfully will receive a course manual and certificate issues by Mental Health First Aid England.

Additional Information:

- Please note that learners must attend both days of the course.
- Please note that, whilst refreshments are included, lunch is not provided on this course.
