• Look at the employers and employee's responsibilities regarding the safe moving and handling of objects
• Understand the medical conditions associated with poor manual handling
• Principles of good posture and efficient movement principles
• See how to prevent injuries occurring through effective risk assessments.
• Practice safe moving and handling techniques under controlled conditions.
• Theory and Practical Assessment
