IOSH Working Safely

Everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’ – and this course offers exactly that. Working Safely isn’t supposed to turn delegates into safety experts. It focuses on why health & safety is important, and how individuals can make a real difference to the wellbeing of themselves and others through changing their behaviour.

This course is for people at any level, in any organisation who need a grounding in the essentials in Health & Safety.

The course is split into 5 modules as follows:
• Introducing Working Safely
• Defining Hazard & Risk
• Identifying Common Hazards
• Improving Safety Performance
• Protecting our Environment

At the end of the course there is a short assessment to ensure delegates have understood what they have been taught, using multi-format questions and a hazard spotting exercise.

On successful completion of the course, delegates will receive an IOSH Working Safely certificate.
