The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is a globally recognized training program designed for managers and supervisors who have previously completed the IOSH Managing Safely course. This one-day refresher provides a comprehensive review of key health and safety principles, reinforcing knowledge and ensuring participants stay up to date with best practices, legislative changes, and workplace safety strategies.

The course focuses on the Plan, Do, Check, Act framework, helping participants effectively assess, manage, and control risks in their workplace. Through engaging, practical sessions, candidates will enhance their confidence in implementing safety measures and fostering a proactive safety culture within their organization.

 

Entry Requirements:

  • 3+ years from completing IOSH Managing Safely
  • The course will be delivered in English. Delegates must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English.  

 

Assessment: 
Delegates of the IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course will be evaluated using both a multiple choice test and a hazard spotting exercise.

 

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive an IOSH Managing Safely certificate.
