IEMA Certificate Course in Environmental Management
Who is it for?
The IEMA Certificate Course in Environmental Management is designed for health, safety and environmental practitioners, who are aiming to increase their knowledge and understanding of environmental management, with a view to increasing professional competence in this field. This course is open to anyone but some previous environmental experience is advisable.
What will you get out of it?
An IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management will be issued to all who successfully complete the course and all assessments.
All delegates who have successfully completed this IEMA approved course will gain Membership of the IEMA (AIEMA).
What does it cover?
The IEMA Associate Certificate Course in Environmental Management is delivered as an interactive learning experience, in a classroom with a tutor over 2 weeks.
The course is divided into 3 modules:
- Module 1: Environmental sustainability
- Module 2: Environmental legislation
- Module 3: Assessment, interpretation and management of environmental performance
Your knowledge and understanding will be assessed by an end of course 2 hour test comprising of multiple choice and short answer questions together with one long answer question.
