This course updates the first aid skills for people who need to renew their statutory first aid at work certificate and whose existing certificate is still valid.

Suitable For:
Those wishing to renew their valid FAAW Certificate.

Aims & Objectives:
To renew current First Aid at Work certificate by updating and refreshing knowledge.

- Record keeping

- First aid equipment

- Priorities at the scene of an emergency

- Hypoxia

- Unconsciousness

- Cardiac arrest and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

- Choking procedures

- Asthma Fainting

- Anaphylaxis

- Wounds, Bleeding & Hypovolaemic Shock

- Heart Conditions

- Stroke Head injuries

- Epilepsy

- Diabetes

- Poisoning

- Smoke/Gas Inhalation
