The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 mandate that employers provide sufficient equipment, facilities, and trained personnel to ensure immediate medical attention for employees who are injured or ill at work. These regulations apply to all workplaces, including those with fewer than five employees and the self-employed. This course ensures that first-aiders are well-informed, qualified, and confident in their skills, meeting these regulatory requirements. It is especially recommended for those working in high-risk environments, such as building sites and warehouses.
