The water industry accredited SHEA Water Passport (Utility Water Safety Health and Environmental Awareness Passport) course is aimed at those who work for water companies or who contract for them. The SHEA Water Passport is often referred to as the "Green Card".
A water company may require that anyone who is involved in the operational activities of the water industry, or who may require access to operational sites, attends this course.
The SHEA Water Passport is affiliated with the CSCS Scheme and allows water industry workers to access construction sites for utilities work without the need to obtain a CSCS card.
Modules cover health, safety and environmental law and practices plus a range of water industry operations.
Successful participants will have demonstrated an appropriate level of knowledge and awareness.
