Course Aims
All UK water companies require individuals entering clean water sites or working on the clean water network – known as ‘Restricted Operations’, to hold a National Water Hygiene EUSR registration.
An appropriate DOMS registration is required for all individuals working on water distribution activities within the Scottish Water region.
Who Attends
This course is for operatives, supervisors and managers who require access to operational sites within the water industry. You must hold the NWH qualification to access a clean water site and the DOMS qualification is needed specifically for Scottish water sites. This includes 'Restricted Operations' such as service reservoirs, pumping stations, treatment works, wells, springs boreholes or working on the network of water mains and service pipes.
