DSE Assessment (Display Screen Equipment)

£175 per delegate

Duration: 0.5 days

Trainer: A202BM

Introduction

The upturn in the use of computers in the workplace is set to continue with the widely held belief that employers who do not make full use of information technology will struggle to be effective, efficient and competitive. Although the office environment has historically been considered to present a low risk to employees, the introduction of display screen equipment can expose personnel to new risks. If these risks are not identified and properly managed, they have the potential to adversely affect health in the form of upper limb disorders, eye-fatigue and strain leading to illness and absence rates in your workplace.

This course will run over half a day.
