Course Overview

This course covers the modules Safe Vehicle Loading and Rural & Urban Driving.

Who Should Attend?

All HGV / LGV drivers of vehicles over 7.5 tonnes who are required to be Driver CPC qualified by September 2014.

Course Content

- Safe Vehicle Loading
By the end of this module you will be able to describe safe procedures for loading and discuss the key principles of load security and vehicle stability.

- Rural & Urban Driving
By the end of this module you will be able to identify and drive according to risks and conditions associated with urban and rural roads.

Duration: 1 day

Maximum number of delegates: 12

Final qualification: JAUPT Approved Driver CPC

Additional Information

All drivers who attend this course will qualify for 7 hours of the required 35 hours needed to complete the driver CPC qualification.

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
