It will examine how a proactive HR presence benefits employee relations. Then look at employment contracts and the role of the Employee Handbook.
The course briefly discusses Performance Management including information on motivating employees and how best to show your appreciation of their contribution to the company.
Finally, it will show you how to deal effectively with complaints, discipline and how to combat negativity.
The course comprises the following modules and the pass rate required for each module is 70%.
