Course Overview
Course Dates

A57 Dump Truck - Rigid Chassis (Tracked)

During the course you will learn:

- Operating the machine to a minimum standard
- Site the machine safely and efficiently
- Carry out minor adjustments in addition to routine servicing procedures
- Preparing the machine for travelling on the public highway
- The capabilities of each machine, its purpose and limitations
- All safety precautions necessary for the correct operation of the machine
- How diesel engines work and hwo various parts of the machine operate
- Which routine adjustments and servicing procedures are necessar, and how to carry them out

Assessment:

A mix of classroom based teaching and practical exercises followed by CPCS technical tests on the final day

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the CPCS technical tests, delegates will achieve a CPCS Red Trained Operators Card which is valid for 2 years.

Entry Requirements:

In order to attend all delegates must have completed the CSCS Health, Safety & Environmental Test for Operatives within the past 2 years.
