• Manual handling (including practical element)

Pre-requisites:
Prior to attending a CISRS COTS course , the delegate(s) must have successfully passed a CITB Health, Safety & Environment test within two years of the course date, or hold a CISRS recognised exemption.
Important Information:
As of March 2024 delegates can no longer achieve the Trainee Scaffolder card by completing the COTS course, only the Labourer Card.
