Who should attend the CDM Course:
This course is for clients, designers, principal designers, principal contractors, contractors or workers who wish to improve their knowledge and provide an introduction to CDM regulations and the importance of risk management within the construction industry.
CDM Awareness Aims:
The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the CDM Regulations 2015 and the history and to give delegates an understanding of what they are required to do by law under the regulations in their role. They will also learn the importance of integrating safety management in the planning and design stage of construction.
Purpose/scope:
The purpose of training delivered against this standard is to provide candidates with an introduction to the CDM 2015 legislation. The legislation applies to domestic and commercial projects from concept to completion and details duty holder roles and legal requirements.
