The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations have been updated and now apply to all building and construction projects no matter the size, complexity or who the client is.  Whereas CDM 2007 did not apply to domestic projects, CDM 2015 does, meaning that companies that did not have to work under the CDM 2007 MUST work under CDM 2015.

Do not work illegally, lack of knowledge of the Regulations or how they apply to you is no defence in a court of law.  Our ½ day course will show the basics of the new Regulations, the new roles and responsibilities and how they apply to you.

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
