Course Dates

Training Aim – The CCNSG Supervising Safety Course has been upgraded and refined into a one day bolt on course to Safety Passports. The aim of the CCNSG Leading A Team Safely is to set the scene within the context of legislation and general Health and Safety aspects.

Content -
Consideration into the attributes to a successful team
The attributes towards a good team leader
The relationship between risk assessments, method statements and permits to work.
Consideration into a blame culture
Communication, including techniques for active listening
Methods for positive and constructive feedback
Active monitoring in comparison to supervision.

Requirements -

Delegates must hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport National passport. If the delegate does not have a CCNSG National Safety Passport they will have to attend a CCNSG Safety Passport National course first.

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
