- This course is designed for companies trying to achieve the Bullying Intervention Group Workplace Award or employees with responsibility for managing bullying and harassment cases

- Teaches delegates how to identify bullying and deal with cases effectively

- Covers harassment and stress management with real life scenarios of bullying and harassment cases

- Ideal for staff who coordinate or manage Human Resource

- Course outlines effective mediation techniques

- Dealing with stress and reducing stress levels

- Delegates will be expected to complete an assessment for all modules and will achieve an NCFE accredited certificate

Course Objectives:

- Delegates will understand their roles and responsibilities as directors or business leaders

- Delegates bust know the legislative requirements and understand corporate manslaughter
