Asbestos Regulations Annual Refresher

Aims
This course is designed for operatives whose work could foreseeably expose them to asbestos or ACM’s and who have previously attended a full half day Asbestos Awareness Course within the last 12 months.

Objectives
On successful completion employers will be able to demonstrate compliance with the requirement to refresh employees training on an annual basis as contained in the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.

The delegate will be able to demonstrate a reinforced knowledge of relevant asbestos legislation, including the types, their identification and risk avoidance.

In addition the delegate will be up to date with new construction legislation and construction health and safety campaigns and targets.
