It then explains the differences between harassment and bullying, the steps that can be taken if either of these occur in or out of work, and some case studies to illustrate the points covered throughout the course.

The course comprises the following modules and the pass rate required for each module is 70%.

Module 2 - Informal Steps, Raising A Formal Complaint and Investigations
Module 3 - Action Following Investigations
Module 4 - Case Studies
