Who Should Attend?

This half day non-accredited awareness course is ideal for everyone working in the food industry in any capacity.

Course Content:

It covers the following elements:

- Allergic reactions, symptoms and treatment.
- Facts about food allergens.
- The 14 Allergens.
- Allergen Control Measures.
- Assessment Quiz.

Please note: This training course is not meant as a substitute for the Level 3 Managing Allergens training course. It is meant to provide persons handling allergens in their workplace with an awareness of the importance of control. It is not designed to meet the needs of a nominated key person with regards to allergen control.
