E-learning courses have their own place within the advanced learning sector and are perfect for those who cannot attend onsite courses or want to spread their learning over a longer period of time, and often around other commitments such as a full time job or childcare.

We offer a wide selection of e-learning courses covering a range of areas and qualifications; one of those is the managerial skills sector. These range from Certificates in different managerial areas to Awards and Diplomas, as well as one off courses, designed to improve general management skills.

Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Courses – We offer a range of Blended Learning distance CMI courses that give candidates the opportunity to learn with official CMI resources. The CMI is the UK’s only chartered awarding body for management and this range of e-learning courses are fully supported by a dedicated online tutor per delegate.

Our range of CMI courses go all the way to Level 5 Awards and Diplomas in Management and Leadership

Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Courses– Distance ILM courses offer the learner the opportunity to learn “on the job” by taking the course at their own pace. Delegates will get their own access area to watch presentations and videos, take online quizzes, read learning manuals and undertake self-assessments during the length of the course.

We offer a selection of ILM Leadership & Management courses up to Level 5 Certificates Diplomas.

Mini MBA courses– These courses are included as part of the miniMBA programme and introduce you to a broad range of business areas. In turn, you will then be able to add this qualification to your CV/professional portfolio.

Distance Mini MBA courses, such as the Mini MBA Peak Performance and Productivity course, will give the delegate access to a dedicated online area (typically for 6 months) and expert tutor led webinars and coaching sessions. These are designed to aid learning and come complete with downloadable worksheets, learner forums and tutorial videos.

Certificated management courses – we also offer a range of management Certification courses including Effective Management, Business Management and Enterprise Management.

Individual courses – Courses such as Leading a High Performance Team, Business Planning, Managing Change and Managing Meetings are available via our e-learning section.

Course Costs:

This will vary based on the course and programme chosen. A basic individual management course can be as low as £89, whereas a CMI Level 5 Diploma course may be more in the region of £1300 per person.

Start and End Dates:

As with any course, these do have start and end dates. Some courses last longer than others, depending on the materials and tests involved.

Course Materials:

The course materials given depend largely on the course, but will include downloadable sheets, quizzes, manuals and tests.
