Mental health has become a critical concern for businesses - with increasing awareness of the impact of stress and mental wellbeing on productivity and employee satisfaction, companies are seeking effective training solutions to support their teams. We offer a wide range of mental health training courses tailored to various organisational needs.
Why Prioritise Mental Health Training?
Mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, and depression, are leading causes of workplace absenteeism and reduced productivity. According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), work-related stress, depression, or anxiety accounted for 46% of all work-related ill health cases in 2023/4. Investing in mental health training not only fosters a supportive work environment but also equips employees with the tools to manage stress effectively.
