BookMyCourse Ltd have become members of The 5% Club. This is big news for us as we’re really focused on the recruitment of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates within the UK workforce!

What is the 5% Club?

The 5% Club was founded by Balfour Beatty CEO, Leo Quinn, in 2013. It was apparent at that time that there was high youth unemployment and a shortage of vital skills in the UK; as such, the 5% Club exists to promote more “earn and learn” training opportunities throughout the country. This in turn raises the amount of employable skills that people can learn, which opens employment up for more people, as well as their earning opportunities.

Membership

We’ve become members not only because of our commitment to the 5% Club vision, but also because in being a member we can raise further awareness to young people looking to grow their skills and employment opportunities through “earn and learn” training.

Our membership also allows us to network further with other employers and HR teams to spread further insights and opportunities for this “earn and learn” training, which we can then spread to our training providers and candidates.

We truly believe that being members of The 5% Club represents our commitment to quality and responsibility, investing in sustainable skills for people for the future!
