There are no catches and you have nothing to lose by registering for the scheme. The more bookings you make the more money you get back. The money back scheme takes the form of a yearly refund based on the value of the bookings you make with us during each Money Back Year.

The Money Back Scheme is a very simple banded scheme!

If you book more than £2,500 of courses with us in the Money Back Year we will refund 2.5% of the total bookings value.

If you book more than £7,500 of courses with us in the Money Back Year we will refund 5% of the total bookings value.

So it really is very simple, the more courses that you book with us, the more money we refund. No complex points scheme, no future discounts, just money back!

Terms and Conditions
1. Once you have registered for the scheme we will send you an email with your Money Back Reference Code. You need to enter this in the Money Back Reference Code box on the Booking Form each time you make a booking. Unless you reset your computer settings or change your computer the Reference Code should appear automatically in the Reference Code box. If you retain a copy of the Money Back Registration email you will always be able to find your Reference Code should you need to.
2. Your first Money Back Year applies from the date of your first booking following registration to the day before the anniversary of the registration.
3. The total Money Back value for the year is calculated on the EX VAT bookings values and does not include any card fees charged during the period.
4. The Money back scheme applies to the value of course bookings less any credits that may have occurred during the Money Back period.
5. BookMyCourse reserves the right to review the scheme at the end of each Money Back Year and we will let you know of any changes to scheme for the following Money Back period.
6. Your Money back refund will be calculated at the end of the Money Back Year and we will notify you by email of your money back value within 30 days of end of the Money Back Year.
7. The Money back payment can only be made to a single account as indicated on your Money Back registration details. If you wish to change the details of this account you must write to us to let us know.
8. We will transfer your money back value plus any applicable VAT at the current rate no later than 40 days following the end of the Money Back Year and we will also email a credit note for your Money Back value advising you of the remittance sum.
9. If you work from more than one address, or use different email domain names, for example where more than one person is placing bookings on the same Money Back account you must advise others that they must entered the Money Back Reference code when making bookings. In this way the bookings values will be applied under your account.
